Description:
In a world increasingly shaped by geopolitical instability, supply chain disruptions, cyber threats, and economic uncertainty, Third-Party Risk Management has emerged as a board-level priority.
Organizations rely more than ever on external partners to deliver critical services, yet the resulting risks remain the organization’s responsibility and can have far-reaching strategic, operational, and reputational consequences.
At the same time, Artificial Intelligence is transforming how organizations identify, assess, and monitor third-party risks, enabling a more proactive and data-driven approach to risk management.
For Internal Audit, TPRM represents a unique opportunity to provide forward-looking assurance on one of the most significant and evolving risk domains facing organizations today.
